Main text of the manuscript is a s. xi¹ copy of Prudentius. Old English charms added at the same date. An inscription of s. xi² records the gift of this manuscript to Exeter by Leofric. Ker identifies the hand of the inscription as 'of Exeter type' (1957, p. 355).
